Heart Health Qld Inc. was established in 2024 as a non-profit incorporated organisation dedicated to providing one-on-one support to individuals who have experienced heart events. We prioritise maintaining visitation at Logan Hospital, supporting hospital rehabilitation, fundraising for cardiac and physiotherapy needs, offering post-rehabilitation exercise programs, building a supportive network for carers, and extending support to all members of heart patients' families.
