Heart Health Qld Inc. is committed to empowering heart health recovery by providing personalised support services to individuals who have undergone heart events. Our focus extends to supporting care givers/partners and family members, ensuring a comprehensive network of care and assistance.

Walking Groups

HEART HEALTH QLD INC. Have a number of walking groups throughout the region. At present we have groups at:

Ingenia Bethania

Ingenia Chambers Pines Chambers Flat

We are always looking to add more as our membership increases. If you are interested in starting a walking group or joining one of our groups in your area please contact us.

HOSPITAL VISITATIONS

HEART HEALTH QLD INC has a team of volunteers who visit the hospital at Logan regularly, particularly the Cardiac Care Unit, where we talk to patients, caregivers/partners and family about "life after a Heart Attack."

We are there to listen and give first hand support as most of us have been through it either as a patient or a carer.
